QuickAdd Enhanced

The free version of the QuickAdd extension allows users to quickly create multiple related records without having to open or create each one manually.

For example, when working with Offers, you don’t need to add each Offer Item individually. Just enter the quantities for the items you need and hit Save — the records are created instantly and automatically linked to the parent record.

This significantly speeds up bulk data entry, reduces unnecessary clicks, and keeps users focused on their work.

The enhanced version builds on this by introducing a smarter save mode. Records are saved immediately as soon as you enter a quantity — no need to click Save manually.

• Immediate validation: If a server-side check (e.g., minimum quantity enforcement) fails, the user is notified right away.

• Live data updates: Server-calculated values like total price are displayed automatically in the QuickAdd view.

Improved user interface:

• A basket-style area shows the total item count and overall sum.
• A wider modal window for improved usability.
• Filtering by fields such as product group (via enum in the item master table).

• Customizable search: Search by fields other than the item number (e.g., product name or code).
